Law 31 December 1996 n. 675, containing provisions for the protection of persons and other subjects with respect to the processing of personal data, was repealed by Legislative Decree no. 30 June 2003. 196, which introduced the new Code regarding the protection of personal data. The personal data held by lago d’ is collected directly from customers or from third parties such as, for example, in the event that data is acquired from external companies for the purposes of commercial information, market research, direct offers of products or services. For this last type of data, information will be provided upon registration and in any case no later than the first possible communication. In any case, all this data will be processed in compliance with the aforementioned law and the confidentiality obligations which have always inspired the activity of our Company.

The following data will be collected:

The data will be processed using tools suitable to guarantee security and confidentiality and may also be carried out using automated tools designed to store, manage and transmit the data themselves.

Categories of subjects to whom the data can be communicated

To carry out most of its activities, lago d’ and, like all large companies, also turn to external companies for technical and organizational reasons, in the establishment and management of relationships with customers. In particular, these are subjects who carry out the following activities:

Finally, we inform you that art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 grants interested parties the exercise of specific rights.
