Booking & Cancellation Terms

Requests and Reservations

You can book by visiting our website and contacting us directly.

Go to the accommodation page and complete the form at the bottom of the page or under the contact section.

Confirm your acceptance of the quote by email or phone and you will be sent the booking form.

A 30% deposit is required within 4 days. You must then send the completed booking form and a copy of the payment to info@lagodidro.com.

The remaining 70% must be paid at least 30 days before arrival by bank transfer. Failure to do so will result in the reservation being canceled.

Cancellation Policy

The customer may cancel the contract up to 30 days before arrival by sending a written notice via email to info@lagodidro.com within the aforementioned deadline. In this case, the customer will be refunded the deposit paid, minus € 50 (fixed management costs), within ten business days of the cancellation notification.

If the cancellation is communicated after the aforementioned deadline (more than 30 days), the deposit will be fully refunded only if the same property is booked again during the same period.

If the customer fails to show up for check-in without prior notification of cancellation, Lagodidro.com will retain the entire amount.

We therefore recommend taking out external insurance for cases of illness, breakdown, or sudden death.

In the event of state and/or regional regulations that prevent arrival at the property and enjoyment of the stay (border closures, lockdowns in red zones, mandatory quarantines), a voucher equal to the deposit will be issued for a new reservation in any property for the following year.

EARLY CHECK IN – LATE CHECK OUT

Arrivals must be between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM, departures by 9:00 AM.

Please request in advance to accommodate late arrivals, early arrivals, or late departures. A surcharge may apply if your request is granted.
