Requests and reservations

You can book by consulting our website and contacting us directly.

Communicate acceptance of the quote via email or telephone and the appropriate booking form will be sent to you.

It is necessary to pay 30% of the net rent, as a deposit, within 14 days. You must then send the completed booking form and a copy of the payment made to the email address info@lagodidro.com.

The 70% must be paid at least two days before arrival by bank transfer, or upon arrival with debit or credit card contacts, before arrival you are asked to check with your bank the maximum daily charge amount.


Cancellation terms

The Customer can withdraw from the contract up to thirty days before the arrival date, by means of written communication via email which must be received within the aforementioned deadline to info@lagodidro.com. In this case, the Customer will be refunded the amount of the deposit paid, minus 50 euros (fixed costs of managing the case), within ten working days of notification of the withdrawal.

If the withdrawal is communicated after the aforementioned deadline (over 30 days), the deposit will be fully refunded only in the case of a new booking for the same house in the same period by others

If the Customer fails to show up for check-in, without any prior notice of withdrawal, Lagodidro.com will retain the entire deposit received.

In case of illness the deposit will not be refunded, we therefore recommend that you take out external insurance. In case of mandatory swab testing, the amount will not be refunded.



Arrivals must be between 3.00 pm and 7.00 pm, departures by 9.00 am

Please inquire early for the possibility of arrivals at other times, early arrivals or late departures. A supplement may be requested if the request is accepted.
